William Kelley Capital ('WKC') was founded in 2018 as a private asset management firm located in Houston, Texas investing patient capital with a disciplined approach.  Today we are not only capital providers, but a team of operators who look for businesses we understand and can provide strategic partnership. 

 

WKC operates with a high level of discretion and does not typically publicize the names of its holdings given these investments are usually sensitive transactions where direct stakeholders prefer to limit the nature and details of the deal.  Across every strategy, our objectives remain constant: preserve capital, compound returns, and cultivate enduring partnerships.  We invest directly as majority or minority owners and selectively co-invest alongside a concentrated group of best-in-class managers.
